Delivery

Lagos delivery, 2-5 business days. The time counts from when your order is confirmed: when your payment arrives.

Business days are Monday to Friday. An order placed on a weekend or a public holiday is handled on the next business day.

The delivery fee is worked out from the distance and shown at checkout before you pay. It is separate from the price of the product. If we cannot measure your address, we confirm the fee with you before you pay.

Professional installation is not part of your order total. Prices vary by system, so we contact you after you order to agree the price.

At checkout, choose Pickup instead of Delivery. There is no delivery fee. You collect your order from our pickup point at 33 Irebawa Street off Ajayi Road, Ogba, Lagos State. This is a drop-off and pickup point, not a shop, so after you order, message us on WhatsApp to agree a time. We tell you when your order is ready.

Bring your order number and your phone. There are no fixed pickup hours. Pickup is by appointment, agreed on WhatsApp.

Your order page shows where your order is. We email you when the status changes and, if you chose WhatsApp updates in your account, we message you there too. If you ordered as a guest, use the link in your order email or the Track order page.

• Someone needs to be at the address to receive it, and your phone needs to be on.
• Check the parcel in front of the rider. Count the items and look for damage. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the rider and message us the same day with photos.
• Our rider hands large items such as batteries and inverters over at your door or gate. Carrying them upstairs and installing them is not included.

If you are not available, we try once more on a day you choose. A second trip costs a new delivery fee. If you decide not to take the order, it comes back to us, and we do not pay money back. The delivery fee is not refunded either.

We tell you before the promised time has passed. Road closures, floods, strikes and other events outside our control can delay a delivery; we keep you updated when they do.

If you choose self-setup, your order comes with the manufacturer’s manual. If you choose professional installation, the installers we partner with agree a date with you after delivery. Installation is covered in our Terms.
